Install and set up
Install Calibro Sketch from the Atlassian Marketplace onto your Confluence site. There's no configuration screen to fill in first — the app is ready to draw in as soon as it's installed.
What it asks permission for
A Sketch holds live Confluence page cards alongside the drawing, so the install prompt lists these grants:
- Confluence
- Create, read, update and delete the Sketches themselves (stored as Confluence custom content), and read the page, space and author of whatever a Sketch is embedded in or attached to.
- Jira
- Listed in the install prompt, but no current feature depends on it — live cards support Confluence pages. Nothing the app does edits, transitions or deletes anything in Jira.
Approve the grants and the install completes in one step — there is nothing else to connect. Live cards on the canvas are Confluence pages; that is the kind of card Calibro Sketch supports.
Nothing to configure
There's no admin screen, no default template, and no per-space setting to turn on. The first thing anyone in the space sees is the empty state, reached from the space's own navigation.
