Excalidraw inside Confluence, with the drawing saved as real Confluence custom content — so a Sketch inherits the space's permissions and, if deleted, goes to the trash rather than being lost. Confluence pages sit on the canvas as live cards that read their state when someone looks, not screenshots that go stale.
