Install and set up
Calibro Track installs from the Atlassian Marketplace like any other Jira Cloud app. There’s no account to create, no API key to paste, and nothing to connect — it runs inside your Jira site on Atlassian Forge.
Before you start
You need to be a Jira administrator to install an app. Anyone in your site can use Calibro Track once it’s installed — logging time doesn’t require special permissions.
Install it
- Open the Calibro Track listing on the Atlassian Marketplace and choose Try it free.
- Pick the site to install it on and confirm. Installation takes a minute or two.
- In Jira, open Apps → Calibro Track. You’ll land on your own timesheet.
Everything has a working default. Week start and date format come from your Jira language settings, and the weekly target starts at 40 hours. You can change any of it later in Settings, but nothing is blocking you from logging time right now.
The one thing worth doing on day one
If your team will use approvals, assign at least one approver per project in Settings → Approvers. Time submitted for a project with no approver has nobody who can decide on it, and it will sit waiting. Settings shows a warning when this happens, but it’s easier to do it up front. See Approvers and permissions.
