Log time from ChatGPT, Codex and Cursor

The seventeen tools already in Rovo and Claude, listed in the other agents people work in — ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor — so a session that starts with “help me on IS-42” can end with “log the time we spent here” wherever it happened. The tools are served from one Atlassian address for every client, and OpenAI’s directory asks the publisher to prove they own the server’s domain, which only Atlassian can do for its own. That is the step we are waiting on; nothing in the tools themselves changes.

AI-assisted time entry

Open Monday's timesheet and find it already drafted. Calibro Track reconstructs the week from work you have already done in Jira and proposes the entries — which issues, and how long each one plausibly took. You check it, fix what's wrong, and approve. Nothing is ever logged without you, and none of it leaves your Jira site.

AI-powered report builder

Ask for the report you want. Type or say “billable hours by client for last quarter, split by cost centre” and get it built — grouped, filtered and ready to save. The builder stays exactly where it is for the times you would rather set it up yourself; this is a faster way to the first draft, not a replacement for knowing what you asked for.

The builder groups by any field you have, but a blank builder is still a blank page. Four templates ship in 1.0 — team utilization, hours by client, time by epic, approval turnaround. More are coming for the questions we keep being asked, and every one of them is a starting point you can edit rather than a fixed report.

Log time from Claude and Claude Code

Shipped in 1.9.0. Calibro Track is in Claude’s connector directory: the same seventeen tools as the Rovo agent, in Claude, Claude Desktop and Claude Code, run as you under your own Jira permissions. A site admin allows external MCP access once in Atlassian Administration; then each person adds the connector and signs in to their site. Read the docs →

A Rovo agent for your time

Shipped in 1.6.0. Calibro Track ships its own Rovo agent: press Ask Track in the app, or switch Ask Rovo to Calibro Track Agent, and manage your time in plain language — log, list, edit, submit, start and stop a timer. The default Rovo agent does not carry these tools; ours does, and teams can add the same eleven tools to an agent of their own in Rovo Studio. Every call runs as you, against your own time, with Rovo asking before it writes. The opposite of activity tracking — nothing is watched or proposed, you say what you did. Additional language support

Shipped in 1.5.0. The full interface — timesheets, approvals, reports and payroll export — in German, Spanish, French and Portuguese (Brazil), alongside English. Each person sees the app in their own Atlassian language, no setup needed; any other language falls back to English, and European Portuguese reads the Brazilian catalog first. Your Jira data is untouched — this is the app's own wording, not your issues or fields. More languages follow where the votes point. See the changelog →

Payroll exports

Shipped in 1.4.0. Approved hours in the shape payroll already reads — presets for ADP Workforce Now, Gusto, Paychex Flex, Workday, QuickBooks Payroll and Rippling, plus a generic CSV with every column remappable. The run screen shows the totals, the changes since the last export, and everyone excluded by name before anything downloads. See the docs.

Calendar entry mode

Another way to fill in a week. Drag blocks onto a calendar when the day was really made of meetings and stretches of focus, rather than a list of durations. The list stays and the entries are the same entries — you pick whichever matches how you think about your week, and Settings decides which one your timesheet opens in. Shipped in 1.1.0.
