If you stop paying
Your tests and runs stay readable, and every story's Test coverage field keeps its last value. Writing tests and recording runs pause until the app is licensed again
If you uninstall
Billing stops and the app removes cleanly. Tests and runs are stored in the app's own database on your site, so uninstalling deletes them — the bugs it filed and the evidence it attached are Jira's and stay
The Marketplace listing always shows the current price and handles the purchase — there's no sales call to book and nobody to negotiate with, which is most of how the price stays this shape.
